-Teacher and students sing together

-Teacher introduces the vocabularies (Flower, grass, gardener, watering can, hose) by showing the card and students shout out the words together.

Practice 1 (Story Telling)

-Students pay attention and listen to the teacher

 

Storytelling:

I like to help my parents for gardening. I water the flower using watering can, my dad cutting the grass, and my mom watering the grass using hose. I am very happy and I feel like a gardener.

 

 

Practice 2 (Song)

-Teacher introduce song about in the garden to students

 

Song:

 

Look at the garden

There are so many flowers

There is a lot of grass

Planted by gardener

There is watering can

To water the flower

And there is also a hose

To water the grass

 

-Teacher sings it first

-Students listen to the teacher

-Teacher sings again and students follow

 

 

Practice 3 (Game)

Spin the Bottle.

Sit in a circle with a bottle in the middle.  Teacher spins the bottle.  When it stops spinning the student it is pointing to has to answer a question (Example of the question:  Which one is the watering can?) If the answer is correct then that student can spin the bottle.

 

-Teacher asks student to make a circle

-Teacher puts the bottle in the middle

-Teacher spins the bottle

-When the bottle stop spinning, teacher asks a question to student

-Students point/take the noun that the teacher asks
